A 7,000 sq ft new build bespoke Nursery in the heart of Sale Town Centre built in 2023 for sole occupation by Kids Planet Nursery Group.

The nursery, located on a previously under-utilized and sustainable brownfield site, now provides childcare for 105 children and 40 new jobs acting as a further stimulus to the town centre economy.

Having agreed a 25 year lease with the tenant, A/S acting as developer, completed and handed over a fully fitted building to an exact specification, ready for occupation in early 2024.

The development was delivered via a forward fund and purchase agreement with Alpha Real Capital allowing them the ability to secure a new build long income investment for their client, whilst enabling A/S to cashflow the construction of this bespoke nursery facility.
